Rocking the Vote
We were proud to tackle the Get Out and Vote Penticton Initiative for 2014. The problem was time with this campaign…we did it with only 8 days until the election. Our efforts were bolstered an integrated marketing plan including: a cool logo, a Facebook/Twitter Campaign (with ads), a hip-pop video, participating in the Rock the Vote Event, news coverage, and a letter to the editor.
The results were excellent, with over 20,000 people reached in the target demographic of 18 to 45 year olds. 14,000 + people viewed the ads. The rap video was viewed around 1600 times between Facebook and YouTube. There were a lot of shares, likes and comments on our posts. As well, the news coverage by the Penticton Herald, InfoNews Penticton and Spotted in Penticton, really got us out to the people. This was all done within 8 days!!!
